This free, family-friendly evening features Our Revolution, presented by Living Voices. The performance follows the journey of a young free Black colonist fighting in the American Revolution, offering a deeply human look at liberty, identity, and nationhood.
Through dynamic storytelling and interactive theater, audiences will explore the complexities of freedom and the voices often left out of America’s founding story.
About Living Voices
Based out of Seattle, WA, Living Voices brings history to life through powerful performances rooted in real people and true events. Blending live theater with archival film, historic photographs, and immersive sound, each presentation creates a vivid window into the past. Through synchronized multimedia and audience discussion, Living Voices invites viewers to see, hear, and feel what life was like during pivotal moments in history, making complex stories personal, immediate, and unforgettable.
